Through the program, we will teach you techniques to RESET the way you think, feel, and behave, so you can achieve your goals. We will support you to become physically fitter and healthier, and build long-lasting exercise and nutrition habits that are not restrictive or addictive, and allow you to enjoy life. The program includes: – Weekly group counselling ONLINE with our Consultant Psychologist. – RESET workshop videos with our Consultant Psychologist. – RESET program workbooks to support your counselling and video sessions. – Easy to follow tailored physcial activity plans including walks, body weight training, and classes. – Get active from the comfort of your own home with little or no equipment. – Help in building sustainable, and realistic, exercise and healthy eating habits. – Monthly recipe books and eating out guides. – Access to a community online support group. – ONLINE weekly check-ins with your Personal Trainer to help with motivation and accountability. This is a 12 Week Program, which can be followed completely online for only £30 a week. Supporting disabled children by providing a range of appropriate leisure activities for the whole family. We have a sensory garden in Boldmere where we deliver school holiday activities and after school club.

We have 98 bedrooms and can accommodate individuals as we as couples. As well as moving in on a permanent basis we can cater for short respite breaks or after hospital stays for rehabilitation.
