Who are DISC?

DISC provide dementia information and support for carers, free to carers with a Birmingham post code. We can offer you advice from our experience  of working with hundreds of families for over a decade to help you find services that can make life easier for you and the person you look after. We know that the services people need can be different for every family, and people often use different services at different points on their dementia journey. Our experience allows us to talk you through some of your options.
