Find out how local health and social care services are working together to improve your care

Online forum
Tuesday 18th May, 1pm to 2.30pm

NHS and social care services in Birmingham are working together to change care for the better. Neighbourhood Integration will bring teams of health and social care professionals together in your local community, making it easier to deliver the right personalised care for everyone at the right time and the right place.

Our free online forum gives you a chance to find out more about what these exciting plans mean for you, and have your say to help shape the way services integrate.

Confirmed speakers:

Prof. Graeme Betts – Interim Chief Executive, Birmingham City Council
Dr. Will Taylor – Clinical Chair, Birmingham and Solihull NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)

Everyone is welcome to attend as your views are important.
