Hidden Voices is a female Carers group for women aged 50+

This new online group uses music to improve your wellbeing. You can join the group via Zoom for the time being but in the future, the group hopes to meet in person.

Get in touch if you are interested and need some help to access online opportunities. No musical experience is necessary.
