Join the Birmingham Buddhist Centre every Tuesday from 2pm for an hour of free online relaxation and meditation.
Meditation is good for you and is proven to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Meditation is the art of cultivating calm , focused and positive states of mind.

Even if your computer doesn’t have a camera, we can still hear each other so it’s still worth joining in. The easiest way is to download Zoom on a tablet, smart phone or computer. You can do that here https://zoom.us Then just click on the link below where is says HERE. If that doesn’t work, open the Zoom app, click join or join meeting and then type in the meeting ID number.
