Invitation to online event: Birmingham and Solihull Shared Care Record
The Shared Care Record has been introduced by your local NHS organisations and local authorities to improve care for everyone living in Birmingham and Solihull.
We would like to invite you to take part in an online event to find out more about the Shared Care Record and help influence its next steps. This will be an opportunity to meet members of the team behind the Shared Care Record and find out what’s happened so far. You’ll also take part in workshops during the session to give your thoughts on future developments.
If you’d like to book a place, you can do so through the Eventbrite reservations page. The event takes place on Friday, 23 July from 10am to 11.30am. Once your place is booked, we’ll send you details of how to join nearer the date.
