Wellbeing & Resilience Sessions for Carers – Erdington
As a carer, managing your mental health and wellbeing is vital in keeping you well. And you need to be well to allow you to continue to support the person who needs your care. That’s why connecting with others, prioritising self-care and learning the skills to manage your own mental health, wellbeing and resilience is so important.
Birmingham Mind are running Wellbeing and Resilience Sessions for Carers. In these supportive group sessions, you will meet up with other carers, share experiences, share and access information and to take part in some exercises to support your mental wellbeing.
The sessions take place every Monday from 11am – 1pm at the Beechcroft Centre, Erdington, B23 7JG
