Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in data management and CRM systems? Do you want to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while growing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment? If so, Forward Carers has an exciting opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting adult unpaid Carers across the UK.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be a crucial part of our operations, helping us maintain and streamline our data systems to better serve Carers. This is a temp-to-perm role, beginning with a six-month contract, based at our home base in Selly Oak’s Touch Base Pears. You’ll be supporting our Salesforce CRM system, managing data accuracy, and helping ensure our ISO standards and finance functions are robust and reliable.

Your work will directly contribute to empowering Carers, allowing them to access the resources they need to thrive. For someone passionate about data and detail, this is an opportunity to bring your skills into a role where you’ll see real impact every day.

Why Join Forward Carers?
We know how important work-life balance is, especially for those in caring professions. That’s why we offer:
A 4-day working week, with Fridays off, helping you recharge and focus on what matters most.
Hybrid working options to support flexibility and work-life balance.
Discounted access to the Vitality programme to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
At Forward Carers, we’re driven by our commitment to Carers’ wellbeing. By joining us, you’ll be part of a team that’s not only dedicated to making a difference but is also genuinely invested in your professional growth and personal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll handle data management, CRM administration, and data reporting. If you’re skilled in Excel (pivot tables, anyone?), Salesforce, or Power BI, you could be a perfect fit. Here’s a bit more about the skills we’re looking for:
Data Proficiency: Experience in data entry, quality control, and database systems.
CRM Management: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Proficient in Excel, with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity.

Whether you’re already experienced in these areas or looking to grow your technical skills in data handling, this role offers fantastic opportunities for development and hands-on experience.
